Rx-water mempunyai tujuh penapisan yang terletak didalam empat kartrij. Sila lihat pada gambarajah disebelah:

 Kartrij 1: Penapis seramik berkualiti tinggi yang mampu menyekat bahan kotoran sekecil 1 mikron, kuman protozoa, karat dan lain-lain.

 Katrij 2: Penapis Karbon teraktif (activated carbon) dan batuan garam semulajadi untuk membuang bau dan rasa yang tidak enak, serta memberikan galian yang berkhasiat dan rasa yang enak untuk diminum. Disini juga terdapat Blok fiber berkepadatan tinggi (PPF) untuk menghalang bakteria2 kecil dan bahan cemar organik.

 Kartrij 3: Penapis seramik Karbon berkeaktifan tinggi dan Seramik media proses KDF bertujuan untuk menghalang bahan2 galian berbahaya termasuk klorin, dan bahan radioaktif.

 Kartij 4: Disinilah terletak keunikan dan perbezaan rx-water dari system-sistem penapisan air yang lain.
